Membership Cancellation

All BJJ UNION memberships operate on a rolling monthly basis, with a minimum commitment of one month.

If you wish to cancel your membership, written notice must be provided at least one full calendar month in advance by contacting the academy directly. Your cancellation request will be confirmed by our team, and your final payment date will be communicated to you.

Please do not cancel your payment method until you have received confirmation that your membership has been processed.

Members are responsible for cancelling any recurring payment instructions after their final payment has been successfully collected. BJJ UNION cannot be held responsible for additional payments resulting from payment instructions that remain active after the membership has ended.

Rejoining the Academy

Members who cancel their membership and choose to return at a later date may be required to pay the current joining fee and will be enrolled under the membership rates available at the time of rejoining.

Membership Freeze

Members may request to freeze their membership for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months per calendar year, unless otherwise approved by academy management.

All freeze requests must be submitted in writing and will only take effect once confirmation has been provided by BJJ UNION.

Refund Policy

Membership fees, class passes, and training packages are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in exceptional circumstances approved by academy management.

Academy Facilities

To maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment, all members are expected to treat the academy, its equipment, and shared facilities with respect.

We ask every member to:

• Respect fellow students, coaches, visitors, and staff;
• Keep training areas, changing rooms, and communal spaces clean and tidy;
• Follow academy rules and staff instructions at all times;
• Help create a positive atmosphere that reflects the values of BJJ UNION.

Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership.
